House holiday rentals in Washington County

Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A pristine home in an amazing private community. Full equipped with kitchen, bath, and extras. Always great recommendations and responsive to questions. Highly recommend for families that enjoy nature and privacy.

The description to the house was accurate and actually looked better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with our pups for a family Christmas vacation. The house is literally right next to the newly renovated Hatley Pointe boutique ski resort and minutes away from tubing. We did experience an unfortunate event where there was a blockage in the main plumbing line to the house that resulted in a toilet and shower downstairs overflowing. We did have to move out of downstairs for several days while the area was cleaned. Daniel did respond right away and was willing to give back a partial refund that we agreed on for the inconvenience. While the house could use some TLC (in regards to leaky pipes and mattress upgrades), it was a good value for the money, the location is unbeatable, and the communication from Daniel was 5 stars.

Beautiful home in rural area which was peaceful. The morning sunrise over the mountain terrain was spectacular. The local store nearby (Wolf Provisions General Store) had great sandwiches.

Beautiful home with beautiful views

We booked Mollie's place so we could catch a snowfall. We LOVED the views and layout of this house. We received 8" of snow our weekend and it was the most magical time watching the snow from the 2 story living room with the big windows. I had to work remotely and the wifi was great..... the best part was watching the deer all day from the windows. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. We had 6 adults and we all fit nicely in the living room (large sofa and a couple of rocking chairs). The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The downstairs is also really large and would be great for kids and/or over flow sleeping arrangements. The hot tub is located outside the basement garage with easy access to the house. The main roads and the gated community had snow plowing so we could easily get in and out. Mollie is offer the driveway to be plowed so we could come and go from the house easily as well. We'd visit again!

This is a beautiful old house with plenty of space for our group. The neighborhood is made up of beautiful homes and is very quiet. We enjoyed breakfasts in the large dining room. The kitchen is well supplied with what we needed for the evenings when we decided to cook dinner. There are some great restaurants nearby - Southern Craft BBQ was amazing, great carryout pizza at Italian Pizza Pub, and Label Restaurant for steaks (and an incredible bourbon selection). I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Johnson City!

Wonderful stay! The house was charming, clean, and conveniently located. The autumn decorations were also a nice touch.

This house was absolutely beautiful. The background was great for my little dachshund to run around in and he loved every second of it. Well worth the price!

We have been very fortunate and made several cross country trips over the years. Our favorite rental property was in Northern California and it has been on our “perfect” list for years. The comfort level and cleanliness was top notch. The owners thought of everything. We were sure we could never top those accommodations. Then we found Granny's House. If you’re looking for modern and contemporary keep on looking. But if you want a cozy and comfortable with Mountain View’s, a fire pit and long horned cattle and sheep to visit, STOP LOOKING, you found it. Granny’s House is a gem!

Libby’s home was amazing. We came for the NASCAR race. It was super convenient to the track. And there were lots of shopping and restaurants near her home. Her home was also in an amazing area. We enjoyed the porch since the weather was so nice. There were cows across the street and for us city folks we really enjoyed hearing them. Libby’s home was beautiful. So very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. We also enjoyed walking into the house to a wonderful scent. Libby communicated so well. We had no issues at the house but she did message to let us know that we could check in early if we arrived before 3. She also messaged us to make sure that we had no issues with access and had settled in well. I would recommend her home to anyone. We will be staying here again if she allows us to. Thank you, Libby, for being such an amazing host!

It was a great place to stay with family. There were so many compliments for the house and for Dwight.

Adam was very helpful and responsive. The home was clean and check in and check out were easy and with no problems.

Jared checked on me throughout my stay to make sure everything was fine due to the weather conditions. the house was conveniently located for me access where I needed to be with minimal effort.

We had a fantastic stay at Tjs! The hosts were friendly and communicative and the house had everything we needed for our extended stay. Hoping to stay again when in the area!

We loved the apt. It was so cute, comfortable, and clean. Gracie was super quick responsive to messages. There is lots of space for the dogs to run outside and they loved it. We would go back in a second. Jonesborough is a lovely town. There are some nice walking trails just a short driveway away. We didn’t get a chance to try any restaurants but hope to next time.

Anita and this house are amazing! We had no trouble finding it, Anita sent great directions. As soon as we walked in we loved it! It is beautiful! All of the rooms are wonderfully decorated and welcoming. She has thought of everything, the kitchen has everything you could need and the bedroom s are warm and inviting. We were lucky enough to meet Anita and her husband, they are so friendly and made us feel as if we’re good friends already. The cows and goats on the property were a bonus! It is such a peaceful and relaxing place, we were reluctant to leave. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was great. There was a small issue when checking in and Jason quickly responded and corrected the problem. Jason was very friendly and shared information about the area. We loved seeing the cows, chickens and deer that surrounded the property.

i recommend the stay its very quiet and peaceful after long day at work and there are huskies that love seeing you everyday
