The Blue Cottage Retreat is a renovated two bedroom, one bath home located in the historical area of Brenham. Easy access to and from the Brenham area and a quiet neighborhood. Guests will have access to the entire house and large yard. There is ample parking for two cars or more on the property and on the street. North of Chappell Hill, this historic home has a chef’s kitchen and 4 downstairs bedrooms, each with bath access. The 5th en suite bedroom with bath and sitting area is upstairs. My hope is minutes away from wedding venues. It is close to Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park , Brenham and Round Top. (Kyle Field in College station is 35 minutes away.)
