The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Private one bedroom apt. overlooking the Snake River. Semi rural area just across the river from Lewiston, Id. There are no steps and we have ample off street parking. Just 10 minutes from the Lewiston airport. The apt. features a small living room with a double recliner, small dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove/oven but we do have a dbl hot plate, toaster oven and lots of kitchen cooking gadgets. Bedroom with Queen bed, bath w/shower.
