Mark's place was spotless and comfortable. Very much what you see in the photos. We didn't cook much because we were visiting family, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The location is excellent: close to downtown and campus, but in a quieter area. Note: there are a lot of stairs, so this wouldn't be a good place for someone with difficulty navigating stairs. It was fine for us, though. I would happily stay there again.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Location was phenomenal! Literally right downtown Ann Arbor! So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. You could hear the nightclub across street in the one front bedroom but not overwhelming noise at all and we didn’t expect silence since we purposefully booked downtown. Anytime we had a question our Host was extremely helpful and responsive! Would most definitely book again next time in town visiting!

Host was wonderful. Place was great, felt like home. The couch was a comfortable thou would have been great if they had an ottoman or something to put your foot up. The place is great location, very clean. I would say five stars and would stay again

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Great location and walking distance to downtown, very clean and well decorated. All the necessities to cook meals and a desk area for work. Host is very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and accommodating with our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect! I was so comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left even my kids loved this place and did not want to leave. It was clean the bed were comfortable they even had snacks and washing supplies. Will mostly book again just to get some peace of mind away from my hectic household…

Not Kanebnb’s fault. Construction and terrible road conditions made it difficult to access parking. Great stay otherwise.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

We’ve stayed with Ian a few times and we love the place. Always clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and we love the area. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting the area.

I stayed at this AirBnb over Christmas as well so this review is covering that and my recent stay. The place is very clean and well maintained, however was a little smaller than the pictures made it out to be. Probably slightly larger than a studio apartment. It’s in a great area between Royal Oak, Ferndale, and only minutes away from the city, so visitors will have plenty to do. Ian is also very communicative and addressed any issues I had for both visits promptly. Highly recommend this host. I’ll probably stay here again next time I’m back in town.

Ian was great from the start. I needed a last minute spot just for somewhere to sleep merely and Ian responded so fast to my same day inquiry. I also needed flexibility with a late night check-in and Ian left detailed instructions and was very accommodating of my needs. Ian's place was nice and cozy, and though I didn't get in the hot tub it definitely was a plus. I especially loved the comfort of the bed. I typically don't enjoy beds like the one here due to have severe rheumatoid arthritis but it was very comfy, I slept beautifully. The view/sun shining in the morning of Ian's living room was also soothing and gave excellent natural light. The location was great around a lot of things if you're into exploring, I wasn't but if you are great location, and not too far from Detroit. Overall, really great experience Ian was an excellent host, and I would book again!

Great place, nice, big, and clean in a safe gated community. Great people and great hosts. Walid and Lubna were very friendly and welcoming. Best experience ever!.

FANTASTIC place to stay if you are an intern, as you really only need your clothes and toiletries at a minimum. You get your own room and bathroom, and Ruth is the opposite of bothersome—but caring, kind, and respectful. Ruth actively communicates all necessary information, is open to conversation, and even asks how you are doing from time to time. You might even get the chance to hear her sing to herself in passing! Great summer stay, thanks Ruth!
