A stone's throw (12km) from Amsterdam, in the middle of the historic center of Monnickendam, is this comfortable cottage for 3 people with its own entrance, no private garden. Shops, restaurants, terraces and the IJsselmeer are within walking distance. Amsterdam, Volendam and Marken are within cycling distance. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner. Bedroom with a double and a single bed. Shower, toilet and sink, heating, WiFi, television.

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, en ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de Zeedijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee (jonge) kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt dichtbij Amsterdam (20 min met de auto, 30 min met ov). Wissel een bezoek aan de stad af met wandelen, fietsen en watersport in de natuur.

Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

‘Posterij Marken’ is een charmante accommodatie in het hart van Marken, een schilderachtig schiereiland. Geniet van een lief huisje, met goed uitgeruste keuken, een knusse zithoek, een comfortabele slaapkamer en gerenoveerde badkamer. De fijne buitenruimte en eigen parkeerplaats maken je verblijf extra aangenaam. Dwaal door de kleine straatjes of strijk neer op de pittoreske haven, met fijne restaurants. Dat op slechts 20 minuten van Amsterdam. Een perfecte stayaway!

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

Situated near Amsterdam but in the countryside, you will find our renovated studio with fireplace and an amazing view. You will have the best of both worlds here. It's close to the lovely city Amsterdam, but you will be stay in a nice and quiet area with an amazing view over a typical Dutch landscape. The guesthouse has a modern interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will have your own private terrace where you can sit and relax.

Lovely Suite near Amsterdam

Lovely suite in the historic center of Monnickendam. Nice terraces, good restaurants and beautiful nature. Within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. You can buy the tickets at the VVV (2 minutes from the cottage) Also the Zaanseschans, Volendam and Marken can be reached within 20 minutes. The VVV, baker and the butcher are around the corner and by bike (you can use ours, we have two) you can cycle through the unique environment.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.

Waterfront stay 10 minutes from Amsterdam

This luxury waterfront guest house for two people with its own entrance is located in the charming village of Ilpendam. Free parking is available near the residence. Ilpendam is close to Amsterdam. By bus, which leaves every 3 minutes, you can be in Amsterdam in 10 minutes. This way, you can enjoy both the roaring of a big city and the tranquility of nature. Ideal for city trips, hikers, conference visitors and remote work.
