Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

Our Lodge themed 2-bedroom cabin offers a unique and tranquil getaway. Located on 155 acres at Haven at Box Canyon with tall trees and deep canyons that are just waiting to be explored. This cabin offers a covered porch, grill and a gas fire pit for enjoying the stars at night. A full kitchen with a dining room table that can seat six and a half bath with a washer and dryer which are provided for your convenience. Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

We have a privacy fence for your comfort where you can overlook and see the beauty of green grass and enjoy the fresh air. Take a peek out to the pasture, and see if the cattle are close by grazing. Most of all, being able to enjoy the countryside and the turning of windmills.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
