This small 40 m2 outbuilding, renovated in 2024, is a real haven of peace, very comfortable and well-kept, in a green setting. It consists of a bright and spacious living room on the ground floor, with a very nice view of the English garden. Very close to the Villa Cavrois and the Clos de la Source, it is also ideal for visiting the Lille metropolis or for a business trip to the region. Breakfast on request €15/pers.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent.
