Newly renovated beautiful craftsman style home, clean, spacious and welcoming. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open family room. Our backyard is truly an oasis complete with tranqui waterfall, fire pit, and a patio. We are a 5 minute walk to Earlham College, 2 golf courses, beautiful parks and walking trails and a short drive to metropolitan areas including Dayton, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. A perfect place to relax while visiting Earlham college.

This is a small cottage, an old home built around 1900. It is right across the street from Earlham College, and just off Historic Nat’l Road/Highway 40. We are an easy walk to a grocery, medical care, a hardware store, restaurants, and churches. The Whitewater Gorge & Cardinal Greenway Trail is also within walking distance.
