Blinds and roller shutters ensure comfort and privacy. 5 min walk from the station, 7 min from Gayant Expo and 10 min from the city centre. Free parking on the street and private parking space.

Outside, a terrace on stilts facing the garden equipped with a brazier and a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi heated all year round.

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave.
