The property was lovely and really well kitted out. A central location that is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. David’s communication was great from start to finish.

Richard's place couldn't have been more perfect for us. We were in town for a conference, and the apartment was a short walk from the venue. It was attractive, well equipped and comfortable. Richard was responsive and flexible, letting us have an earlier check, in which was much appreciated. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll stay here again!

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

The accommodation was ideally situation. James was very responsive with an issue we had and it was fixed the same day. In regards to the kitchen etc - all was well equipped & all rooms were very clean. The house was a little smaller than expected and the cafe downstairs advertised on the website was in-fact closed down so this should be removed perhaps However excellent weekend away

We had a lovely stay here with a group of friends. The apartment was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. There was lots to do in the area with Brighton pier being within walking distance and we would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you! 😁

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

We went with my family - two kids and our dog - and we loved it! A clean and welcoming flat, beautifully located in Willingdon next to the lovely Red Lion pub (nice food and garden). 10’ ride from the centre of Eastbourne. Jon was very friendly and responsive! I recommend it for a nice family long weekend escape from the Lindon hustle and bustle!

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Upon arrival, Clive made us feel very welcome instantly. He gave us a tour of the annex and talked us through how to use everything (with a written set of instructions/guidance too). He was very helpful and recommended walks and lovely pubs to go to as it was our first time in Arundel. This location is wonderful. It was truly magical to wake up in the countryside, with a view of wild rabbits and horses from the bedroom window. The interior was spectacular - lovely modern kitchen area and bathroom, and very comfy bed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway in Arundel!!
