Für einen Aufpreis bieten wir Ihnen ein leckeres Frühstück an. Der Leine-Heideradweg führt direkt an unserem Haus vorbei, perfekt für Radtouristen, ebenso der Jakobsweg. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Apotheke sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe.

This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old building located in the popular List district of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.
