Holiday rentals in Weeford

My family & I have just had a lovely few days staying at this property. The cottage & grounds are beautiful with lots of flora & fauna - generous lawn to the front, lake & terrace to the rear & side, flower-filled borders throughout, all surrounded by fields, woodland & birdsong. We enjoyed using the hot tub overlooking the lake, a really special setting. It’s all very private & tranquil. The cottage itself is spacious & cosy, with thoughtful touches throughout (comfy beds, robes, well-stocked log burners), plenty of room for our family of four, plus dog (bonus - pet friendly!) & a lovely lounge to relax in after biking & walking all day. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t do any cooking. The location is great too – secluded but close enough to nearby villages. We’d definitely recommend having a car. Hosts were nice & friendly, easy to communicate with & quick to respond when contacted. All in all, a wonderful stay & we’d highly recommend to others. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay here, remote place and a lot of privacy. Cabin was very nicely decorated, really loved the Easter theme. Host was lovely and really made sure we knew what to do and where to go

Had a short stay at Barley Croft lodge. Ray was great he rang to check if everything was ok with our lodge and was very polite and helpful. The lodge is in lovely surroundings with lots to do locally. It was ideal for our 1 year old daughter who could wander on the veranda safely and look at the two donkeys in the adjacent field. The lodge has everything you need and is close by the villages of Melbourne and Breedon have places to visit. An all around great experience. Thank you Ray.

A very pleasant stay for a few nights, but could have certainly stayed longer. A very private and peaceful place to stay as a base for exploring the area. Very friendly host and comfortable accommodation. Thanks for a great visit.

What a great stay- myself and my bachelorette group stayed here for the weekend and it was beautiful. Very close to local shops and food. Easy to get an uber to the bars. And the host left the most beautiful flowers for our arrival. Very happy with our stay here.

Me and my partner had a beautiful stay, our first time taking our puppy away and it was perfect. This stay ticked all the boxes and I couldn’t ask for a better location, the garden was secure for our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. What a lovely place to visit, hopefully we will be back soon! Thanks again both 🥰

Lee’s home felt like a home from home. Really spacious, great for a big group. We loved the downstairs living space and that there were so many bathrooms. Area is great with a little high street 1 min away. Close to Coventry and Birmingham.

Another excellent and very comfy stay for the two nights we were there. The Wren is in a beautiful location and we made the very most of it during our very short stay. We had come to Burton from Somerset to attend a funeral and the the location of the Wren not only shortened our journey to the Crematorium but also provided a perfect location for a beautiful walk afterwards to help us get over our loss.
