Cute little town home, 2 min from Acworth! Very cozy and spacious! Neighbors were friendly and close enough to the lake and things to do! Would stay again!

Standouts - included kitchen appliances, dishes and flatware were over the top - we needed nothing to prepare dinner for 7! Separate bedrooms with comfy beds and a sleeper couch for our grandson. Recreational add-ons of pool table & dartboard in the game room with the projector wall screen tv with surround sound was a big hit. The backyard had a HUGE deck with a patio covered shelter area with room for 8 people to sit around a table and talk. I had morning coffee out there every morning by myself and listened to the birds. I used my Merlin ID app that listens and identified birds. It listed 15 different birds inside of 4-minutes. EVERYTHING is close - Rock City, Lookout Mountain are literally viewable from the nearby thoroughfare. The aquarium took us about 15-minutes to reach. Food stores very close - coffee shops etc. The hosts had everything covered - including coffee pods, ground coffee, extra paper towels, a blender, toaster, etc etc etc. We wanted for NOTHING. Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

This property was perfect for our group of 10 and a dog! We were in town for a tournament at John Hunt Park, which was a short drive. The bedrooms were huge, there were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and it was nice to have 3 separate bathrooms so sharing wasn’t an issue. Dominique was very helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Haven’s Ridge was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how warm, welcoming, and beautifully put together the space was. It has that rare combination of feeling both stylish and homey—like a peaceful retreat designed with true intention. The pictures didn’t do it justice and it was truly one of those good surprises where the entire experimce exceeded oit expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. From the cozy furnishings and charming decor to the sense of calm the space creates, it’s obvious that the hosts have poured a lot of care into making this a special place. We especially appreciated the little personal touches—like a handwritten welcome note, local recommendations for food and shopping, and the soft ambient lighting that made evenings feel so serene. At times, it truly felt like we were nestled in a quiet, elevated tree house If you are ever in Rome, can’t recommend Havens Ridge highly enough

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfy. We loved seeing the rabbits in the yard in the morning and afternoons. Ginger (the dog) and her friend the kitty was super sweet and friendly and the best greeters you could have lol. It was a very private and quiet stay even though the owners are located on the same property. The property is very pretty with the wildflowers and gardens. We would definitely stay here in the future.

This was our third time staying with Deelip in his various AirBNB's. Always has everything we need upon arrival!

Cynthia's place was perfect for a good night sleep and a clean shower with hot water and a lovely breakfast and some snacks. it was clean and spacious and appealing. Just perfect. She thought of everything! The yard was dressed with besutiful, pink flowers too, which was so welcoming.

Amy is terrific and we felt right at home in the place, thank you! Full kitchen and very spacious for us two.
