Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Veluwe Nature House: Directly on the Crown Estate

From your nature lodge, you can walk or cycle directly into the forest or across the heaths of this most beautiful spot. Bicycles are free and maps are available. Spot wildlife (such as red deer) and visit the many museums and attractions nearby! It is absolutely quiet: no traffic or main road. Convenient: * Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. (later not possible due to cleaning). * Car is recommended (public transport is not optimal). We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable.

The ideal place to unwind and to enjoy the nature. Our cottage has recently been refurbished, has two bedrooms (1 connected to the living room). Cottage located directly on the Maas with clean swimming and fishing water. Many excursions are possible: Heusden, Den Bosch, Loevestein and the Efteling. Beautiful cycling routes to discover over the Maasdijk. The cottage has a beautiful, spacious covered veranda with a large seating area. In house kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, dining area, sofa, 2 separate bedrooms, one with two beds and the other bedroom has a bunk bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Sleeping comfort is paramount: luxury king-size box spring beds with topper (1 special for tall people: 1.80 x 2.10 meters) and a variety of pillows and blankets for you to choose from. There is something for everyone! Enjoy the wood stove (of course there is also C.V.), grab a magazine from the reading bin and make yourself comfortable. Find your peace after a busy day here! Our small but modern and cosy holiday home is situated in the rural area called the Veluwe. Located close to the woods, moors and a big lake, this is an ideal spot to discover this lovely part of the Netherlands, for instance by bike or on foot! In the village of Nunspeet you will find all the nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants you need at walking distance from the holiday home.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
