A perfect stay! The views are amazing, the apartment was fresh and spotlessly clean, the communications were simple and clear, the car park is super handy and it was just one of the best air bnbs we’ve stayed in.

Fantastic place for a family getaway! We had a wonderful stay for our group of 7 - 2 couples, 2 teens and Nana! We loved the comfortable homely feel of the property where we could all spread out and relax with amazing views of Wellington Harbour. The kitchen was really well equipped and the BBQ was great. The two bathrooms were clean and bright with plenty of fluffy towels and we all appreciated the comfortable bedrooms with amazing pillow selection! We enjoyed walking along Oriental Parade to Te Papa and into the city. Wonderful location and very quiet. We would definitely stay again

The home was perfect for our stay. We wanted a place close enough to the city, but somewhere we could escape in privacy, natural beauty and tranquility. We fell in love with Maungaraki and there were great little shops and eateries literally around the corner. The home was brilliantly appointed with all the modern luxuries, it was clean and elegant, and sets the stage for one of the most beautiful views of the forest from the private deck. It was a delightful experience, through and through, and we look forward to one day returning.

Absolutely loved our stay at Richard’s place. Everything was incredibly tidy, clean and well presented. The amenities were well stocked. Richard and co we prompt with communication, flexible with check in and any requests we had. So very appreciative of the ease with checking in and out. Highly recommend this AirBNB to stay at.

Thank you for a beautiful stay. My friend lives nearby, so I decided to book this Airbnb to be close to them. I loved how peaceful and beautiful the view is. We got very lucky with the weather over Easter and Anzac. I loved sitting in the sun, looking at the view and reading. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Wellington. Excellent value for money!

Jessica is a great communicator and has helped us throughout our stay- especially when unforeseen changes arose! Beautiful place to stay- good places to eat within walking distance too. Easy to find and good parking.
