We enjoyed our stay. The rental was as described. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

good location, the cleanliness can be improved, the only thing annoying is the neighbors upstairs, at 2 am they make a lot of noise.

Very homely environment, I like how clean the house was, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they visiting the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

We loved this stay it’s in a perfect quiet location and close to daily necessities. Our toddler loved to play outside in-front of the property and going to the park nearby. We stayed for a month and the house was stocked with basic items, everything was clean and just what we needed.. the only downside it is a basement and not many windows could open so it did get abit clammy after a while and every night around 10/11pm (when my daughter was sleeping) the people upstairs would walk around so loud and wake her up (no fault of the owner)

Stayed with Guatam and his wife while visiting Toronto. Very friendly and communicative hosts and the place is very clean place. Felt at home and the kitchen was fully stocked and well equipped. Great deal for the price too. I will defile stay here again . 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
