Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

🌿Elm Tree Cottage Escape the noise and unwind in your own peaceful, private cottage, the perfect blend of quiet country charm & easy access to town. Inside you’ll find: - Well appointed kitchenette (kettle,toaster/air fryer & microwave) - Dedicated work area. - comfortable living area with large TV with dvd’s and Chromecast. There is a private entrance to cottage for guests which offers a large parking area, ideal for work vehicle’s, trailers, boats or guests travelling with extra equipment.

Relax in this peaceful setting. The Cottage sleeps up to 6 people who are provided with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. With a Queen bed in Main Room and two sets bunks in second, linen and towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and an electric stove. You are also provided with a hair dryer, TV , washing machine and Dryer. An air conditioner cools in summer warms in winter and a wood heater for warm winter nights.

Wander 25 acres of pristine bush and curl up on the couch with a good book and a cuppa. Have a swim in Freestone Creek at the Quarry or Blue Pools just a few kilometres away. Follow it up with a meal at the Briagolong Hotel and browse the Art Gallery on weekends. Take in the fresh air and bathe in birdsong. Have a fire under a blanket of stars. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura!
