Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

Sunny, cosy apartment at the organic mountain farm

Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful views of Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , full day sun, a sensational balcony. It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...bathroom, kitchen high-quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and log heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slowly. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, Bullerbü on the mountains!

Zell am Moos am Irrsee , apartment available all year round, 62 sqm, 4-max 6 people, 15 min. to 3 seaside resorts. Salzburg 30 km. In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, trafik +magazine store, bank, ATM, post partner, craft shop, felt, ceramics, a local museum. Stay at least 4 nights, long-term rental possible. Additional costs in cash on site : statutory tourism tax €2.40 per person (over 15 years old) and night.

Gorgeous Traditional Family House & Mountain View

Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.
