Das Appartement (ca. 70 m2) befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Wels. Es gliedert sich in ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer inkl. Arbeitsbereich (kostenloses WIFI), Küche mit Essbereich und einem separatem Bad und WC. Highlights sind eine eigene Sauna, sowie der beheizte Swimmingpool (Gemeinschaftspool, der von Mitte April bis Mitte Oktober beheizt ist). Ein eigener Eingang und Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.

In the warm season, we love the campfires in the garden. StadtWels, exhibition grounds accessible by train, bus or on foot. On request, it may be possible to accommodate more people than indicated.
