The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There is a galley style kitchen which is well equipped.

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. We offer comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.
