Apartment in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück

Stay in the middle of the historic city center in Wiedenbrück's oldest half-timbered house, built in 1549. The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden display area and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. In December, the Wiedenbrücker Christkindlmarkt begins again, attracting crowds of guests from afar with its unique atmosphere. Cozy and quaint, but at the same time luxurious, you can hardly stay in Wiedenbrück.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 persons. Wifi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
