Charming guest house, "Little Kate"

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

The bright and charming loft apartment (approx. 67 m²) is located in the former inn "ZUM LANDHAUS," a beautiful old building from 1900. It impresses with a lot of love for detail: A spacious studio/loft with high ceilings and a sensational incidence of light. It has two double beds, a new, chic kitchen, a very modern, spacious full bathroom with rain shower and a terrace area in the garden. A little away from the tourist strongholds of St. Peter Ording and Büsum, the Kleine Heimat is located in the heart of the march in the municipality of Oesterwurth. The 80m² apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the walls of an old cabbage barn on the rear part of a 1,500 m² plot. It has a separate entrance, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious dining and living area and two bedrooms (1 large double bed + 1 bunk bed).

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.
