A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, and generously sized bedroom. Ash View has underfloor heating to keep you cosy. Sole entry to the apartment is via a set of outdoor stairs. Secure bicycle storage is inside the apartment and a boot room for drying clothing and gear. Art workshops are also available and taught by the host!

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor with easy reach to local beaches, cycle paths or exploring deep gorges. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Our beautiful barrel top wagon is set in it's own private woodland glade with ample parking. It is light, airy and comfortable, perfect for a quiet escape with wildlife on the doorstep. It is eco friendly with a compost loo, reed bed water filtration system and cosy wood burner. Good for one couple or single person. Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is no TV or internet and the phone signal is sporadic. (Visitors are welcome to use host's landline in an emergency).
