PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 3 1/2 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

Modern Culver City Guest House

UPDATE December 2023. Our neighbors never-ending construction work is ongoing. While most of the louder phases are over, construction noise may be audible on weekdays between 8 am - 4 pm. UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
