This is a peaceful and comfortable oasis centrally located to everything... - Private driveway entrance - High ceiling open living space with a wall of bi-fold glass doors opens onto an outdoor garden lounge area with a sectional sofa, firepit, and fountain. The sofa converts to a sleeper and there is a large flat screen 3Dtv with surround sound. - Kitchen has a breakfast island, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, and access to all appliances you might need. Stainless appliances and ceasarstone countertops. - The bedroom is located behind iced glass pocket doors. It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. Fully equipped Resort Style Amenities such as salt water, heated swimming pool. Indoor spa: Jacuzzi, Steam Room and sauna with an amazing and huge fully equipped gym. Located in Westwood Village, walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, convenient stores, grocery stores and theaters. Also short walk to UCLA

This beautiful, modern studio with AC, and washer/dryer is located in Culver City, California. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted.

You’ll love my place because the location is tucked away in a back house away from the busy traffic yet very centrally located. There is a garden and patio that guests are free to lounge in. It also has a kitchenette, street parking, and laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Relax in your own private hide away, Hale Ho Okipa "House of Hospitality". A tuck under to our home with it's own alley entrance. Gated private yard with orange trees, birds of paradise...you'll feel you're away from it all. Mornings on the deck with a San Gabriel Mountain view, evenings grilling and a chiminea fire. The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.
