Charming year-round house directly on Lake Morzycko – perfect for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends by the grill. Fully equipped and heated, offering comfort in every season. The lake is in a quiet zone, so you can relax without motorboats or jet skis. A rowboat and kayak are included. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

Forest Oasis

The house was built so that the whole family and a group of friends (max 12 people) could relax. Leśna Oaza is conducive to relaxation and spending time together. Inside the house there are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi. The house is adjacent to a large covered terrace where you can feast in the climatic light. There is a fireplace next to it, where you can enjoy the sounds of crackling wood.

Szukasz miejsca, w którym można naprawdę odpocząć? Nasz przytulny domek z widokiem na jezioro to idealne połączenie komfortu, natury i atrakcji dla całej rodziny. Domek 35 m² z widokiem na jezioro, położony zaledwie 50 m od plaży. Pomieści maksymalnie 6 osób, jednak dla największego komfortu polecamy pobyt 4 osób. Na wspólnym terenie znajduję się basen, plac zabaw, boisko do siatkówki i miejsce na ognisko. Oraz drugi domek BananaHouse od 2023 roku cieszy się świetnymi opiniami gości.

A beautiful lakeside house surrounded by nothing but fields and hills. The house has 4, 2-person bedrooms with a balcony and private bathroom each. Guests have access to a beach with sunbeds, boats, kayaks and a beach volleyball field. There is a large garden with a grill and seating and a fireplace. The local area offers a variety of interesting activities. These include canoeing, miles of cycling paths, a rope park, horse riding, tennis courts, restaurants and even a castle!

It is a place for people who value peace and quiet and want to relax from the daily hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal place for those interested in active recreation as well as those who like walking, fishing and mushroom picking. Słodka Woda Cottages, built in 2022. They are designed for a maximum of 6 people.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
