The house has 3 terraces overlooking the water on the first level and two terraces on the ground floor. A garden and playground are available to guests.

A slice of paradise! The Captain's Bungalows are located on the coast by the Baltic Sea. You can drink your coffee or wine sitting on the porch and listening to breezes blowing through the tall pines coming from the sea. Bungalows are very spacious. All of them have 2 separate bedrooms, living room , fully equipped kitchen and big porch with deck chairs and BBQ equipment. Just picture your family and friends enjoying the large grassy yard and sandy beach for outdoor fun for hours.

The thermal comfort of guests is ensured by air conditioning with heating function and their privacy - a large partially covered terrace with a private garden and barbecue. Each house has a separate entrance. The common area is a large heated swimming pool and playground available to all residents of the resort.

You are welcome to visit the town of Jaroslavets by the sea. The property is km from the main "Dubai" beach and the central promenade. Close to the center where our guests can walk, there is a forest with lots of bike paths, and Panorama Aquapark. We offer fully equipped cottages of a higher standard. Each cottage has floor heating and the interior is modern.
