Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique accommodation located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week in the vicinity.

The Cabin of Greenland

A lovely private place with its own garden to completely unwind. The Cabin of Greenland is a modern wooden house. Built in 2020 and located on our family property with monumental barn from 1640. From your own garden or through the large windows you can see the sun rise, you have a view of the bulb fields, old North Holland mills and around you you experience the lively nature. You are surrounded by greenery and the cheerful presence of various animals that sometimes come by for a while.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Unique accommodation in the garden of an old church. The Tiny house is small in size but large in living space! Relax on the terrace or in the forest garden. Dream away in the hot tub (optional €45 first day/€25 next days, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. This sunny bus with a Caribbean atmosphere is rightfully a unique experience! Due to a smart layout, your stay is equipped with every comfort, such as a kitchen, separate shower and toilet, plenty of closet space, a spacious double bed (160x200) and a comfortable (sleeping)sofa (140x190). A perfect option for two people but also certainly suitable for families with (up to 2) children. On your own terrace enjoy sultry summer evenings for a "truly away"feeling!

Carpe Diem - Small oasis of peace

Enjoy nature in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation, right on the Wadden Sea. Our small but lovingly furnished chalet is very centrally located, so you can start many beautiful excursions and explorations in the area from there. Lutjestrand is about 10 minutes walk away, with the possibility of swimming or surfing. Shopping is 3 km away. Alkmar, Harlem, Amsterdam are about 40-50 minutes away. From the Helder you can cross over to Texel.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Waddenhut direct aan de Waddenzee. Who needs National Geographic?! Elk moment weer een ander spectaculair uitzicht op de waddenzee vanuit onze retro ingerichte hut, de veranda of tuin. Toch op pad? het Amstelmeer (zwemmen en surfen) is 10 minuten lopen, het Noordzeestrand (Den Helder, Callantsoog) 20 km verderop. De boot naar Texel 15 km. Pittoreske stadjes als Hoorn, Enkhuizen of Schagen liggen binnen 30 minuten rijden.

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.
