Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

Sleep soundly at this unique and cosy getaway in Witchcliffe, 8 mins drive south of Margaret River, WA. The studio apartment is part of our beautiful new solar passive designed home in the ecovillage. It is private, with it's own entry. It is immaculate inside and comes with 1 Queen bed, a kitchenette, bathroom, sofa and benchtop for eating/working. The ecovillage is unique in its design, balancing privacy and interaction, We may be happy to give you a quick impromptu tour if interested.

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Our home is within easy walking distance of Albany's main street, offering a private upstairs space with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.
