Had a wonderful stay at Kalis place. Kali was very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend. Facilities were fantastic and was very safe neighbour.

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

The apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and very well maintained. Mona was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Booked for my husband and his friend for a book show. 2 bedroom perfect, price was better than hotels and everything worked out great. Space was great. Everything you could ever want without leaving the building. Host was very responsive and great to work with even though she was out of the country at the time! I’ll definitely book again if they need the same attend that show again.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. The house was very clean and practical. Mary responded to all our questions quickly and was super helpful throughout. The place felt really cozy and warm, and we didn’t experience any technical issues during our stay. Location-wise, it was pretty close to everything. Hot water, stove, and all the essentials were working perfectly, and everything we needed was already provided. We definitely had a lovely time during our trip and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

Stayed here with a friend for a week and it was perfect. Very tranquil area and able to easily get Ubers. The bed was so comfy like a cloud, the kitchen had everything we needed. Really great stay!

Tom is truly the kindest, most gracious host you'll meet. He's laid back, down to earth, and always a hoot to visit with. His place is warm and welcoming, super cozy. Already looking forward to next time!

My stay was fantastic! Irina was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. The house is located just up the hill from the Whisky a Go Go. I would highly recommend staying here if you're attending a show at the Whisky, Roxy, or other places nearby. Very close to the Rainbow Bar and Grill too. I felt like I was living my '80s glam metal dream during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

"Retreat" is the perfect word for Jordan's place, which is on a quiet street. It is lovely to be in the midst of trees and birdsong. The room is cozy, with books and pictures, a place to work, and a comfortable bed. It is well appointed, with a lot of thought given to details that make your stay comfortable. Everything seemed to be in the right place. There are even earplugs in case the sound of the refrigerator troubles you in the night. (It did not trouble me.) There are many restaurants down the hill a short walk away. I met Jordan only briefly but he is a wonderful host: very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Sergey’s place was very pleasant! I was very happy with the location, and the the responsiveness of the host! Very accommodating :) would stay here again! Loved how close it was to universal studios!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

This was the first visit to LA for my best friend and I. We took public transit to the location with no issues. The check in process seemed to be daunting from the description but it was nothing but seemless. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants starting right next door. There is so much to do and so many places to visit. We went to a Kylie Minogue concert, took a trip to Santa Monica, a trip to West Hollywood and shopped in LA. We ate at several restaurants, including one on the same block all were fabulous. The unit is a soft loft style with exposed duct work, very spacious, tall ceilings and really clean. Being immune compromised from my cancer fight it was important to be in a clean unit and this one did not disappoint. The view is not great during the day but it comes alive at night with a view of the lit up Eastern Columbia Building. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
