Holiday rentals with breakfast in Westmere

Jo could not have been more hospitable! Great proactive communication from a very welcoming and friendly host. The location was quiet and peaceful, and was a perfect spot to base ourselves for exploring wider Auckland. Cheers!

We have just had a wonderful week at Angee’s place. Very close to the beach and cafes. Little and Friday is an easy work. Wild wheat is just around the corner. We found Angee’s place very clean and tidy. Angee was great to communicate with very. We would recommend this as a great stay.

Beautiful and quiet area. House was very clean as shown in pictures. Colin was very responsive and able to answer any questions you might have. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a comfy stay during our explore of Auckland. Conveniently close to the airport. Clean and modern decor, cozy beds, very nice space!

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

This place was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire month long trip to NZ! The suite itself was lovely with lots of extra amenities but it was the incredible host that made it such a wonderful experience. Sam is so thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! We felt like we were staying at a neighbours place :)

Julie’s place was lovely. We felt really at home. The location is superb with restaurants, wine bar , cinema and great walks. Access to the city is great. All in all a great place to stay. Thanks Julie for letting us use your lovely home.

We stayed a month in Celia's house and enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the proximity to Mission Bay, Orakei Domain and good shopping opportunities. Celia welcomed us into the house and showed us around the very homely accommodation with everything you need. There is a nice bike path from Orakei Domain into the city center, and good opportunities to rent or buy used bikes. A huge luxury was the wonderful view you have from the house over Orakei and Auckland harbor, we enjoyed it every day and evening from the terrace. Celia was a lovely host and always quick to respond to any questions and queries. Would love to go back.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Clean, had everything we needed. Able to walk to bus station, grocery store and shopping. As long as you can walk the steep hills. Uber was a great way to quickly get in and out of the CBD after a day of sightseeing. Views of the water and Skytower. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Beds are very comfy and great shower too ! We also want to thank our hosts for the quick responses and flexible check in ! Many, many thanks !

I love finding air BnBs where the hosts go above and beyond in hosting- Margaret and Dean’s place is exactly this. Immaculate space in a quiet neighbourhood, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need including breakfast items! The visitor book is FILLED with useful information I loved the detail that went into it. I felt at home here and I felt safe and meeting Coco was an added bonus, thank you again for a brilliant stay guys!

Great view from apartment, nice bathroom and hot shower and comfortable bed. Really appreciated the snacks provided too! Close to nearby shops and restaurants.

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

From stepping onto the property, Wayne and Jihee were beyond helpful and welcoming. From fresh eggs from their chickens to smoothies, they were lovely and welcoming. The place is a little far from the city but I am heaps glad we chose it as the area was peaceful and gorgeous (and their view is stunning)! We spent a will week there and my daughter was upset to go by yge and as she loved it so much. Would 100% recommend!

Felicity was a great host, very welcoming and wanting to help with anything you could need. Her home was very tidy, and felt like an oasis of calm. The room itself was spacious with a good sized private en-suite bathroom. I enjoyed my stay with Felicity.

Barry & Antoinette were friendly & welcoming, opening their home to us. Always happy to assist if or when we needed. Barry & Antoinette’s home was immaculately clean, organised and the rooms were spacious. They also provided a very generous & enjoyable continental breakfast that set us up for our day out.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

A great place to stay for a night close to the airport. We arrived and I realised I hadn’t contacted the host for check in information so was worried we would be stuck outside for a while until they replied but they replied straight away with the code for the door! The place was absolutely spotless and was very convenient to get to the airport in the morning.

It's been the most pleasant stay I've had while using Airbnb. Not only were the information accurate, but Mani and her husband really went an extra mile to make me feel at home. And that is how I felt- at home. They were pleasant , supportive, and serviceminded (helped me shop spices and drove me to the airport). And her food- it was to die for! I've tasted delicious food iver the years but Mani is at a league for herself. I genuinally recommend to stay with her of all my heart.

More than expected. Facing the sea in the spring, the 180-degree ocean view, sitting on the balcony for breakfast and looking at the stars is very nice.The host couple were warm and welcoming and the beautiful landlady also prepared a delicious breakfast for us.Would recommend staying there!

The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I truly appreciated the little touches that made my stay extra special, like the thoughtfully stocked room and the comfortable bed. This was an outstanding place to stay. Modern, clean, and super tastefully renovated space in a beautiful area of Auckland and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks and shops. I would highly recommend. Judith and Gerard were the perfect hosts giving me privacy yet open, friendly and had great recommendations. Next time I come to Auckland I would definitely stay here.
