34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families, friends; it can sleep 4. Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guest use only. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon on a lounger in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks.

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive. Durdle Door - 30 min drive. Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks The area is renowned for water sports and cycling and we have a garage you can store your equipment in if needed. We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets 😇
