Spot wildlife (such as red deer) and visit the many museums and attractions nearby! It is absolutely quiet: no traffic or thoroughfare. Practical: * Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. (later not possible due to cleaning). * A car is recommended (public transport is not optimal). Due to its central location and easy access to the motorway network (6km), it is great for exploring The Netherlands (Utrecht, The Hague, Groningen, Amsterdam etc).

Old bakehouse at the Veluwe

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.
