It is a completely new, comfortably equipped apartment of about 37 square meters, including a bike storage (room in the hallway right next to the front door to the apartment). The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. The apartment is fully equipped, with accommodation for up to 5 people.

The modern, designer room for 1 to 2 people has an area of 24–35 m2. The room includes a luxurious King Koil super king size bed with a high mattress. The room has a tea and coffee corner with a kettle, a minibar including our own products from the EFI Brewery and a premium Espresso La Piccola lever coffee machine. The room is equipped with a desk with a chair and a comfortable armchair. The room has a Smart TV, free WiFi and air conditioning. The room also has underfloor heating.

This beautiful Mezonet Apartment with balcony is located in favourite resort Fatrapark 2. It is located in beautiful area Hrabovo, which is right in the centre of Malino Brdo Ruzomberok ski&bike resort. The apartment has balcony with nice view, living room, fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bedroom upstairs. In the resort Fatrapark 2 there is also restaurant (breakfast is for 11,99€). There are two apartments of this type, check photos. Pets allowed for 20 €/stay.
