There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. Suitable for families with children.

On the ground floor there is an entrance kitchen, toilet and wine cellar with seating and plenty of wine for consumption. The first floor offers 2 rooms with bathroom and balcony, hallway and entrance to a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

The house has a large bedroom (open living room) with a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV. A smaller bedroom with two beds. The central point of the house is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table. Bathroom with shower. There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating and a sandbox. You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.

Very nice park with the kid´s playground and pub where you can enjoy Czech beer and other drinks is just behind the house, it is reachable also through the garden. Equipped kitchen, laundry washing machine, equipment for children available (baby cot, child high chair, toys, etc.), garage, garden.
