There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. Suitable for families with children.

In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating and a sandbox. You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.

In Lipowska Chata, there is an absolute ban on organizing any events and a mandatory night silence.
