This roomy and cozy home is perfect for large groups coming into town for events such as graduation, football games, Mom's or Dad's Weekend, etc. The great, unique view of downtown provides a setting that can be enjoyed any time of year. The home includes both units of a top/bottom of a duplex. The two units do not access each other from inside, so walking outside is required. Double kitchens, double dining, double living... double the home! The home can accommodate 18 people.

Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

Arbor Street Inn

Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. Great place for coming to visit friends and family in the Palouse! Located on pioneer hill, this space is a 5-minute drive away from campus and an even quicker drive down the hill to downtown Pullman. Just a block's walk away from a bus stop to grab a ride to the game, and close to a few of Pullman's best parks!

Carolyn's Cozy Coop - a private little place

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
