This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.
