The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

We are minutes away from Cave Creek center, Carefree, Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Salt River Fields, Westworld, Talking Stick Casino and so much more. Nearby you will also find a plethora of restaurants, shopping, ATV rentals, horseback riding, rustic saloons, bull riding, hiking trails and hot air balloon rides.

Home Away From Home

Enjoy the high desert plateau from this private home on a secluded cul-de-sac near the Bradshaw Mountains. Scenic drives, hikes, shopping, and golf are just minutes away. Guests enjoy a full home on the main (ground) floor of this split-level home. In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Also on this level, a large deck with seating and barbeque grill.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Heating of pool is AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT. Please let us know. We charge 35.00 a night for guest 7 or 8. Please include ,guests staying the nights, ages of children and also if they know how to swim prior to approving.

Nature at best! Settled on just under 2 acres on a hill where you can see the beautiful panoramic views of Vulture Mine Peak and the lights of our quaint little town. An adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hacienda house that will sleep up to 6 people. Plus, 2 (17x40) corals with a round pen and a tack room! Super close to everything. Nestled next to Az Preserve property for miles of trails for riding horses as well as bikes,motorcycles etc. Pics do not do justice. It’s a must see!!!

The house features a remodeled kitchen unlike anything you will find in this area. Marble backsplash and a huge counter for entertaining. The house has ample room for 8 guests. There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.
