Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cosy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not permitted.

With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower for an additional fee, you can relax and unwind

In a beautiful location in the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find nature lovers and peace seekers here. At the park there are several amenities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg mountains and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

Erve Mollinkwoner

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

The spacious bathroom is fully equipped and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our holiday home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings all around you.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

A spacious apartment with private entrance in the center of Enter, spread over the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to a cooking unit, sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, fireplace and a private seat in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Despite our apartment being in the middle of the center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation it is possible that you cook whether breakfast is provided.
