Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!
