The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden and has enough space for 6 people. The house is located on a small holiday park with 18 houses. At 50 meters is a sandy beach and the cozy beach pavilion "Badmeester Keimpe" with a super terrace. The marina and the boat rental are at 100 meters away.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
