Beautiful detached bungalow, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there are windows/ doors on all sides that come out on the terrace. There is underfloor heating but also a large fireplace/wood stove, the kitchen is equipped with luxurious equipment. Behind the meadow, from which you can come to the dike via a gangway for a beautiful walk or a kayak trip. In this area, Amsterdam is 10 km away, also accessible by bike. The picturesque villages of Laren and Naarden are 10 km away.

Amazing Family Lake House

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Fantastic riverhouse (Amsterdam & Utrecht 20 min.)

Charming and spacious (190 m2) familyhouse with a cosy atmosphere. Our backyard directly borders river 'De Vecht'. From our private dock you can swim, SUP, fish or watch the boats go by. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or boating. If you are comfortable around boats, our sloop (7m) is available for an extra fee. Amsterdam is 20 minutes by car, as is Utrecht. A nearby train station (4km) has good connections to the cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam as well.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Houseboat Loosdrecht; SUP/canoe (near Amsterdam)

How wonderful it is in Loosdrecht! Enjoy the beautiful view from our rooftop terrace over De Loosdrechtse lakes. Or from the terrace in the harbor at restaurant Porto. Feel welcome on our boat. We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

The Barn

The barn has been in the family for 50 years, we are now renting it out regularly and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. After a driveway of 35 meters, you arrive at the Schuur, a wooden house with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and on the first floor two large bedrooms. And a bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The garden is 1500 square meters. The barn has a large swimming/natural water where we often swim and a meadow of 1 hectare.

A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.
