La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

Je vindt hier alles dichtbij: het gezellige dorp Heemskerk met winkels en restaurants, en op loopafstand bos en duinen, vlakbij de zee en strand. Ook zijn er prachtige fietsroutes. Vanaf treinstation Castricum (5km) ben je in slechts 30 minuten in Amsterdam Centraal. De steden Alkmaar en Haarlem zijn ook dichtbij. Graag verwelkomen we u in onze vakantiewoning! 🔆

Het Huisje, tiny house in the center of Bakkum

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Update: We have installed a brand new sauna for our guests. • Enjoy your own private island. • Only a 1 minute boat ride with the boat included in your stay. • Easy to use and no license required. • Arriving by boat is part of the charm of this private island. Here peace, luxury and nature come together. Enjoy the lake with your own boat. Amsterdam and Utrecht are about 20 minutes away by car or Uber. Young male groups and parties are not allowed.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. Double bed (160x200): dune view. Kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator (no stove/pans). Bathroom: bath and rain shower. Separate toilet. Balcony. Own entrance. Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.

Summer cottage 18K - 1 km from the beach

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!! Private parking If you want to stay longer/shorter, you can always inquire about the possibilities

Sand castle, top vacation home, ideal for kids

Beautiful vacation home with private enclosed garden, complete with a relaxing lounge set. Quietly located and equipped with every comfort. Complete with a playground for the kids. Not suitable for groups of young people. Suitable for up to 6 people, including the number of children. In the months of July and August, the minimum rental period is one week. Check-in Saturday, check-out Saturday.

Welcome to Las Dunas! Las Dunas is a spacious, cozy, complete, warm and self-sufficient accommodation near the beach, dunes and has a private terrace and private entrance. Very suitable for 2 couples or a family with 1 or 2 children. Lots of cycling and windsurfing opportunities in the area. Comfortable studio next to the beach. Ideal for spending time outdoors, combined with city trips. The studio (part of our own house) has it's own entrance, terrace, a living, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Free parking is available. The studio is ideal for two adults. Baby's are welcome untill 9 months.
