La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

The White House

We would love to welcome you to our cosy home, The White House, which is located in the centre of the historic beach-side village of Zandvoort. The central location of the property allows you to enjoy all the exciting amenities that the village has to offer and it is only a short brisk 3 minute walk to the famous 9km long sandy beach. The appartment is private, you will have the whole first floor of the property to yourself! with easy access via a shared communal entrance.

Secluded Smithy, Peaceful Retreat near City Center

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Klein Langeveld

Klein Langeveld is located on the water with unobstructed views over the bulb fields and within cycling distance of the dunes and beach. A seating area has been furnished. There is a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, double stove and crockery. The accommodation is equipped with a wood stove and auxiliary heating. It is a complete house with 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!! In our studio you have a kitchen, dining table, wardrobe and a double box spring bed at your disposal. In the bathroom is the shower, sink and toilet.
