Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.

The swimming lake with free admission is a 10-minute walk. Thermal region of Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks on the Inn (5 min walk) or bike tours! Tourist tax €2.40 per person/night.

The cozy wooden house was rebuilt in 2017 with a lot of love and the use of natural materials (clay plaster throughout the house, box windows). Since then, it has been constantly growing into a place of rest and relaxation. Immerse yourself in a mixture of old and modern and still enjoy a certain comfort.

The house includes a large communal area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Outdoors, in addition to the balcony with a magnificent view over the town, there is ample parking space and a garden with a terrace for relaxing.
