In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). There is easy access to Eagles Nest Wilderness, Lake Dillon, and ski resorts (Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, among others). This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds.
