The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

Built in 1927 with Prussian brick, it has retained its original character and rural simplicity to this day. Restored and traditionally finished, it's the perfect haven for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is divided into two separate self-contained farms and is presented in the listing, with an area of about 120 square meters.

The silence around us is a symphony of beautiful sounds of nature. Frog concerts, crane screams, singing, clapping, the view of deer by the pond, where two ducks raise their children and a heron - a resident eating fish every year.
