We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping. Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.
