This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Only .7 miles to the Jay Covered Bridge, 3 miles to the Jay Mountain summit trail head, 7 miles to Whiteface Mountain, and 16 miles to Lake Placid. Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. There is Satellite TV and wifi. There is good cell coverage. World Class Fishing, Ausable Rivers are close

The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.
