This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Built in 1830 and lovingly renovated for now, it’s a slice of Vicksburg’s past. The Old Courthouse museum is visible from the back courtyard and the historic downtown is just a short walk. There’s a brewery and several unique restaurants just a few blocks away in the downtown with fun shopping close by. Casinos and the National Military Park are just a short drive. Grand Historic Home in the Heart of Town

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

Sugah’s Bayou Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.

Fully stocked with towels and amenities. Swyft Internet connection and streaming. Just added backyard private fence. New deck complete with umbrella, table with four chairs for outdoor relaxation.
